Battery Cycling

To test a battery, batteries are cycled (i.e. cycle of charge and discharge). The aim of this procedure is to study the performance (efficiency) of the batteries over the lifetime of the cycling. Cycling mimics the battery under duty. These cycle can be simple or very complex such as the battery test cycle for electric Road Vehicle batteries.
